"Song for the Moon on Mount Omei"

Like a crescent of autumn shines the moon of Omei:

The pale light floods the Ping-chiang River.

Tonight I shall leave Ching-chi for the Three Gorges

Then down to Yochow, thinking of you whom I cannot see!"
